in business (in self-employment and as an employee),
in non-profit organizations, and in conscious parenting.

I am a seeker, explorer, teacher, guide and coach - this is the feedback I get from my family, friends, colleagues, and clients. And it fits me - like a glove. As I was seeking
and exploring along my journey for self-healing (yes, we all have wounds!), I found BodyTalk, or rather, BodyTalk found me.
I began studying BodyTalk in 2008, became a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner (CBP)
in 2009, and in 2010, I became an Advanced Certified BodyTalk Practitioner (AdvCBP) - one of two AdvCBP's in Texas, and the first (and only, so far) in San Antonio.
I have found BodyTalk to be an elegant and comprehensive system for facilitating personal growth and development, promoting healing and full integration of the body/mind/spirit.
